Group Supplemental Habiliation

Monday - Friday 3 PM to 5:30 PM

Daybreak Independent Services offers a Day Habilitation Supplemental Program designed to help young adults work on targeted goals and social skills. Our program is available to those who are Medicaid-eligible and approved for services through the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).

Our Day Habilitation Supplemental Program provides opportunities for young adults to work onsite or in the community. The program focuses on enhancing an individual’s Social skills, Independent living abilities, Community awareness, Safety skills, Health skills and provides individuals with essential recreational and physical activities.

We partner with local organizations to ensure our clients have access to resources that will help them reach their goals. Our staff is dedicated to providing personalized support and guidance throughout the program.
