Supervised IRA
At Daybreak, we offer a supervised individual residential alternative (IRA) program for individuals served by the New York State Office of People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). We are dedicated to providing safe and supportive living opportunities that foster independence and promote wellbeing. Our Supervised IRA program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, offering a range of specialized services and supports that are person-centered and customized to ensure the highest quality of care.
What Is the Supervised IRA Program?

Individuals who participate in our program receive assistance with activities of daily living such as medication management, personal hygiene, and meal preparation. We also offer personalized supports to help individuals reach their full potential, such as vocational training, recreational activities, socialization opportunities, and access to community services.
